It looks like LG rotating display phone from the Ironman after Tony introduced Jericho missile. Updated with more modern touchscreen and bezeless display, same concept.

Haters gonna hate and idiots still gonna pretend that products can't be made for minorities.

Having a secondary display, if the interface is well thought for all important things can be really practical actually.
Hell I just plugged my 50€ cheap tablet purposefully bought for serving as a side computer accessory, initially for Logitech Arx but I recently installed Macro Deck on it and it is awesome, so despite the hate and confusion, it can potentially be a great product for everyone, not just for a niche.
