USA doesn't have that agreement with any brand. But China has.
Besides it hasn't been long since the incident where Apple straightly declined FBI's request to open an iPhone.
So, we know who is who.
    Have a nice day.

If we talk about their own technologies then it is very very hard and takes a lot of time (can take decade), money and specialists to produce own technologies. In 10 years there will be absolutely different market and Huawei could be just one of their local brands.

While it's true that without Huawei competing phone prices will rise up (especially from Samsung and Apple) BUT.. I began to see this as a benefit for us consumers in the long run...

Today US is creating independent eastern technologies, this will make China self-reliant on EVERYTHING it'll be first time in history that ONE country can make all technologies it needs by itself without importing anything for its machines and devices! I can see in 2030 from now that we can choose to go with the western or eastern products, real competition will begin at that time when we choose completely different products one from another.. not a repetitive products same hardware with different names like always been the case in old and current days!

Kudos to the man with fake yellow hair for making the future more competitive in a REAL way.
