This is €400 but the Moto 5G Plus is only €300
What are Moto smoking??
And the RAM definitely should've been 6GB
unic, 11 Sep 2020Its too expensive. Motorola g series was the affordable range once upon a time...Man, pricing depends on countries.
This phone launched in brasil were all phones are pricier than ROW
Jiraya, 11 Sep 2020Samsung M51 at €369 completely smokes this with the same specs and also a bigger battery &... moreThere is many better choices- One plus nord ( about 400€, sd 765g, 90hz amoled), mi 10 lite 5g (about 280€, amoled, sd 765g), Realme x50 ( about 300€, sd 765g, 120hz screen), realme 6pro, Realme 6, and Redmi note 9 pro which have the same specs, but 2gb more ram and cost 200€.
Hohotun, 11 Sep 2020Snapdragon 730G is a good choice. But why only 4 gigs of RAM?For that price it should have at least 6gb, and maybe 8gb of ram.
Guys...chill, i know prices are too high...but the price mentioned is for the country of Brazil...they have very very high taxes...some phones like iPhones costs almost double in Brazil than USA...!
I am pretty sure it will be much cheaper in other countries...!
Price is too high
It should in ₹ 20000 when will launch in India 🇮🇳
Whackcar, 11 Sep 2020The G series has always been decent. It always cherry-picks the ideal specs for the class, and... moreYes I agree with all your points
But still it's gotta go for under 300 euro in europe
It is SOOO pathethic and shameless and spit-in-customers-face-like, to release phones exactly around time the new version of Android gets released. Looking forward when purchasing this phone you already see its death..
You guys didn't tell why the heck it weighs 233g? It's too bulky for normal usage
The G series has always been decent. It always cherry-picks the ideal specs for the class, and then corner-cuts the rest.
Oh, and the international price would probably be cheaper than the one stated above.
The price asked is too High.
Moto has nearly vanilla Android, but it's updates are uncertain.
I would rather suggest Pixel4a which offers assured software updates and yet price is less than Moto.
No amount of RAM, screen type, battery capacity, number of camera modules and their megapixels, in built memory etc can make up for a good software update schedule. Software is still the thing that makes hardware work. And that's exactly where Motorola is falling back.
007roh, 11 Sep 2020Nothing impressive about the phone except for the copper color. POCO X3 NFC has better specifi... moreThe fact that Poco it's skin is a cluttered mess (not to mention you need to mess around with other roms to fully get rid of ads) is a no go in my opinion. (Poco is a great phone but that cheap FOR A REASON)
Xiaomi should not have stopped with Android One phones... and when they had them not mess up that program.
