[deleted post]Except they feel far more premium than most of the stuff I held in my hands. And just because something is "recycled" it doesn't mean it's bad or poor quality. You can recycle a lot of materials almost forever without any losses. Glass, aluminium, copper, gold, all this can be recycled in a way that next product won't be in any way shape or form inferior to the original made of those materials.

[deleted post]What's wrong with recycled materials? The sheer amount of materials used to create disposable consumer electronics is insane. I'll gladly take tech that is made from recycled materials. I don't even own an Apple device

Like I said, Apple always lies. That should be your natural stance whenever Apple opens its mouth. They are the template Donald built his political career on.

Assuming the iPad Pro's LIDAR, looks like a false render. Both Prosser and EverythingApplePro needs to quit reporting garbage.

Apple LiDAR is more advanced and more expensive version of ToF camera. Apple calls it LiDAR because it’s LiDAR :)

AnonD-762416, 12 Sep 2020Samsung has been using them for two years on their phones, all other people in the world calls... more” Samsung has been using them for two years on their phones, all other people in the world calls them ToF cameras. But, Apple naturally has to call it something different to maintain the lie that they're inventing things. ”

Check your facts, it’s not same, Apple don’t use 3D ToF they use Lidar scanner which is more advanced, Apple didn’t invent the name, it’s the name of the tech just like ToF.

”First off, a LiDAR is a sensor that uses lasers to create a radar that surveys the environment and accurately measures distance. And if that sounds familiar, it's because Android phones over the last few years have been including 3D time-of-flight sensors in their cameras, a type of scannerless LiDAR.

Both LiDAR scanners and scannerless LiDARs like the 3D ToF sensors use light and the time-of-flight technique to measure distance. Still, the scanner type will be more accurate since it uses multiple laser pulses versus just one large flash laser pulse.”

They definitely going portless next year. Already adding a magnet to the wireless coil and making it chargeable while holding the phone. Hmm.
