Good news for the Mediatek users and I think this would improve the goodwill of Mediatek in the market.

"Vidhance" ... doesn't sound right to me.
Good lets go mediatek anything to make competition stronger
Vidance Stabilization works well, but it crops the video a LOT (resulting smaller FOV and loss of resolution). Also, as it bypasses the phones auto-exposure algo, it often results in seriously underexposed (and sometimes overexposed) videos. So for walking outside in a mixed light setting, it's not the best, real OIS and phone built-in EIS (along with working auto-exposure) is still the better option for best balance of stabilization AND correct exposure.
I really hope that Huawei use Mediateks SoC's and that mediatek continue to ramp up there tech capabilities. They are doing excellent.
