AnonD-24171, 21 Jul 2012Because you are a liar that's it i already caved one of your buddies in same challenge... So j... moreLol. Nokia WP sales vs Samsung Android sales??
Why not compare Nokia Lumia sales vs Samsung WP 7 sales. Then see the result. Who is the leader?
It's a good luck for every company that Nokia didn't join the Android family.
And what 2010 hardware?? Does ur Sammy Focus S has quad core processor, 1GB RAM, HD screen? It's the limitation of the OS kid.
I'll never buyanother windows phone again after knowing they wont be supporting 7.5. I can't frogive Microsoft abandoning their customers.
Given the negative vitriol being spruiked on other tech sites about Nokia and Windows Phone, I think they did well to move 4 million devices
My contract expires at the beginning of 2013 and guess what my next phone will be? Yep, a WP8 Nokia device (I'll even wait for the PureView model).
AnonD-63724, 21 Jul 2012I think Android fanners want third party virus affected apps so that there phones can lag even... moreHey Nick,
Data abt windows penetration does not show the percentages as in wht percentage of smartphone users switched to ios and android as i believe smartphone market was just evolving then. Compared to today where it is quite an advance stage.
I think it'll be a wrong assumption to make that windows is penetrating faster coz the smartphone base has increased considerably.
AnonD-63724, 21 Jul 2012I think Android fanners want third party virus affected apps so that there phones can lag even... moreShip not mean sales. Nokia lost money on WP LUmia. Nobody buy it. Moreover there are virus on WP8. Just google them.
AnonD-63724, 21 Jul 2012Listen up "TheMan", you like your Android so stick with it, we don't care. You can a... moreI disagree. WP is a free phone, no sales and no profit for any manufacturer. DEAD phone.
WP8 is another extremely bad phone, there will be no sales worldwide, same as WP7. I still dont understand Elop. He has symbian belle FP1, which is very stable OS and secure. What happen if Microsoft build their own phone like they do with surface tablet?
WP8 is not good
I got 300+ apps on my Lumia 900 and 250+ on my iPhone 4S and they still run fast like with no apps. Android is too unreliable. Install some apps and it will be slow and crashes.
AnonD-24171, 21 Jul 2012Because you are a liar that's it i already caved one of your buddies in same challenge... So j... moreThey shipped 19 million S3's! I'm guessing you have a reading problem. Do you have a source for that? I guarantee you they haven't shipped 19 million yet.
AnonD-24171, 21 Jul 2012Because you are a liar that's it i already caved one of your buddies in same challenge... So j... moreListen up "TheMan", you like your Android so stick with it, we don't care. You can also end up being the only guy existing with an Android! We don't care. For we know the world will switch to Windows Phone very fast based on our reports.
You are an Android Fan boy right which means you are intelligent aren't you? cuz that's what you tend to think. So listen up: Windows Phone is growing at a faster pace than Apple/Android did. Read the article I posted in my earlier comment and you will know the fact.
For now I am getting to bed and shall revert to your post (if any) after 8 hours. Good Night "The Man" lol..
AnonD-63724, 21 Jul 2012Although I own a S2, I am not going to waste time posting images to prove to you, cuz you are ... moreBecause you are a liar that's it i already caved one of your buddies in same challenge... So just close your mouth from now on about S2 because you don't have it and you only can afford Nokia's phones.
And yes it has been sold 20 millions of S3 Samsung about a month they shipped 19 millions.
You really don't have a case you want to compare a winning OS like Android and top notch manufacture like Samsung with lowest interest and lowest market share OS less than 5% WP/Symbian with 2010 specs manufacture like Nokia?

And talking about percentages, yes WP is penetrating faster into the market than iPhone/Android did in 2007/2009 respectively:

So here goes there history:
Nokia+Symbian ---> Apple+iOS ---> Samsung+Android ---> Nokia+WP8!
It's a matter of time when they start speaking our language.

AnonD-63740, 21 Jul 2012"it will expand the number of languages from currently 25 languages in Windows Phone 7.5 ... moreI think Android fanners want third party virus affected apps so that there phones can lag even more apart from their personal browsing, location etc. data that they like to share with Google.
They do not like apps coming out of trusted sources. It's just a matter of time that these android fan boys will switch to WP8 later. By the way who were these fan boys before android even came. They freaking had a Nokia!! And then they switched to Android. This move in itself is a proof of their disloyalty. They will again similarly move to WP8 when the world around them makes the switch.
"TheMan" please listen: The world is actually switching to Windows Phone faster than they switched to iOS/Android:
Strategists stated just today: “We estimate Nokia shipped 6.9 million Lumia smartphones with the Microsoft (MSFT) Windows Phone operating system cumulatively worldwide during the first three quarters after commercial launch, from Q4 2011 to Q2 2012,” Neil Shah, a senior analyst at Strategy Analytics, said in a statement. ”This compares with 3.7 million units of the Apple iPhone family in its first three quarters during 2007, and 1.3 million units for the Samsung Android family in its first three quarters during 2009. It is an encouraging start for Nokia and Microsoft.”
