Heh. The trend seems to be "SE" now.
How in the world is this "SE" if the size is LITERALLY 6.44 inches?
That is massive!
Now let's see who else will deliver oversized SE's in the market.
Yeah, is already over price again, like oppo reno 4 lite, RIP
Honestly though, the 665 isn't as bad as it seems. I have the V17 (with 665) and I can run minecraft with 22 chunks render distance (pretty demanding task) without my framerate crashing through the ground. It does hold up relatively ok.
I think if you are looking for a Vivo, it's because of the battery and charging. Like, the battery is just unkillable on the AMOLED phones with 4500 mAh batteries.

Anonymous, 24 Sep 2020$287 for a phone with 60Hz screen and an ancient SD665? I don't think so. Even if you don... moreYes, I completely agree with you or if you're an Amoled fan boy, just go with Samsung M31s, it much cheaper, and the Exynos 9611 is more capable than the 665 it all aspect. (even if this is already an aging SOC)
Engr Adejo, 24 Sep 2020This phon should have released in 2018 because SD 665 is obsolete for phones at the price tagYes, I think SD 665 would much more on the upper entry-level, rather than the mid -premuim, Buying Vivo and Oppo phones are like buying BMW M3's but you are getting a Nissan sentra engines . While Redmi, Realme and Poco phones are the other way around.
Engr Adejo, 24 Sep 2020This phon should have released in 2018 because SD 665 is obsolete for phones at the price tagyup, I agree, almost all Vivo phones usually used a mediocre soc on their phones, if you are going to compare their phones at the time of their release, most of their direct competitors - or phones closest price range used much more superior SOC.
Engr Adejo, 24 Sep 2020This phon should have released in 2018 because SD 665 is obsolete for phones at the price tagSometimes you don't need newest SoC. Recent SoC always have problem with optimization like between SD636 and SD660. Don't be fooled by newest SoC. Old SoC always have good optimization.

Amoled, 8gb ram, fast charger 33w, 48mp.......good, but why sd 665, atleast sd 720.
Anonymous, 24 Sep 2020Nice phone at a very decent price. It looks like a great alternative to the Redmi Note series.$287 for a phone with 60Hz screen and an ancient SD665? I don't think so. Even if you don't mind the 60Hz, Realme 7 Pro is better than this at virtually every aspect... And it costs less.
But unless you're hardcore Amoled fan, just save yourself 60Hz and get infinitely better Poco X3
Nice phone at a very decent price. It looks like a great alternative to the Redmi Note series.
copy cat? why they don't put some innovative name? why must copy iPhone style branding
Every time I see se title i am Hoping for A normal size phone -6+ inch. Every time i am disappointed. Looks like Samsung is getting my dollars. There's no alternative. And no Sony is no alternative. Sony does not make smartphones
