However, those apps are not optimised to be used with a touch screen. They work great with a mouse & keyboard, though. There are a very fewer good/popular apps available on windows store optimised to be used on a tablet with a touch screen. Most of apps are still too buggy. Heck, even their store is developed on HTML, too sluggish & buggy. I am not a windows hater. I use proper windows laptop for coding in visual studio myself. But on a tablet I just don't see it sensible or functional. Very bad experience with their surface RT tablet that I had bought a few years back. Got outdated very quickly.

I know that because I have a Dell Latitude 7200 2-in-1 tablet running Windows 10 Pro, and I have no problem installing any x64 softwares or games in it.

Does not have good collection of apps.If you talk about Windows 10 ARM, then I can agree with you since you need to rely a lot on Microsoft Store apps. But we're not talking about Windows 10 ARM here, we're talking Windows 10 Home and Windows 10 Pro depending on your personal preference. So you should have no problem installing any x64 software on the hard drive. I definitely would love to see how Adobe CC software cope with this kind of form factor.
