Ads and bloatwares allows manufacturers to reduce the price. So from buyers point of view it's a better idea to buy cheap bloated phone and then use adb to clean all trash. Working for me.

chris1998, 01 Oct 2020This is well over due tbh . I'm not a Samsung user but I'm not a fan of how Samsung ... moreWell samsung internet browser is better than chrome, it has anti tracker and support for adblocker, plus it can work with samsung pass to autofill passwords using biometrics.
Some samsung preloaded apps can be uninstalled, others disabled only, which is sometimes nasty but still I'm ok with that.

[deleted post]Because the truth is most Indians are not that rich, just compare India with Singapore, China or USA where the average person is much wealthier. Their top smartphone brands are Samsung or Apple. (Apple is the 2nd in China, 1st in Singapore and USA)

Even when India has hostile relations with China recently, people still buy Chinese products (Xiaomi, Realme, OnePlus) because they are way more affordable than their Western counterparts and offers the same, if not more value. Xiaomi is the top smartphone brand in India, Realme probably the fastest growing one, and OnePlus is the top smartphone brand for flagships in India. They can't cut their reliance on Chinese smartphone brands and grown used to it alr.

If you don't like bloatware, buy from a manufacturer that doesn't include it.

Why can't this be a worldwide thing. Bloatware can't be very annoying. Some even still bugs you even when disabled.
