Been using this phone from day 1 and i can say that durability issues is no concern. First couple days i treated the handset like an egg but as days gone by i now treat it as any handset before, no issuse. No one woul purposely smack the screen with a finger nail etc. Its crazy. Love the phone and this is coming from iPhone user. When i got the device and opened the box i felt like i was opening my very first smartphone back in a days. Now each time when i try to use my wife standard smartphone it feels so odd. Like going back in time. Folding future is here guys. If you have the money, dont think twice and get Fold 2!

Some careless users may accidentally press the screen too hard, for instance. Or snaps the phone too hard. This is not a conventional handset, mind. This video shows you the need to be delicate with the handset.
I can recall people taking the plastic screen protector on the first Fold and the OLED panel starts to bleed and die.
