Buy two because ASUS will screw you royal if you have an issue with the first. I promise you I am not incorrect. You were warned.

O S, 07 Oct 2020Imagine Sony IMX689 as the sensor behind all the cameras used!Yes !
This one or the ISOCELL GN1 which could be as good with the DP PDAF !
Sadly the 689 is an Oppo exclusive deal, same for the IMX700...

O S, 07 Oct 2020Imagine Sony IMX689 as the sensor behind all the cameras used!689 is exclusive for BBK.
Same way 555 is only for Samsung, 557 is for Sony and 700 is for Huawei.
Apple has exclusive sensors too.

Other prefer to use sensors from open portfolio, because price is lower.

I just can't understand.. in PC gaming world high refresh rate screens are 99% LCD for obvious long gaming sessions reasons

Why are gaming smartphones plagued with OLED displays that just spells disaster to me.

Crackling Doom, 07 Oct 2020This is pretty epic news. If it has a large battery, 7+ inch screen, headphone jack and AMOLED... moreOhhh yes, same here.

Never forgetting my good old Zenfone 3 Ultra, it was a hell of a phone.
Could be nice with a 16:9 ratio display to 👍🏻

2020 and it's already at 5nm. Can we expect a "picometer" in 5 years?

Dometalican, 07 Oct 2020.....huh....considering this would be competition to Asus, I would have thought they'd pa... moreBecause razer's been very quite when it comes to making phone. Since the rag 2 which came out October 2018 Asus has brought out the ROg phone, a sequel to the phone with an overclocked flagship processor and another phone this with a 5G flagship processor and an overclocked processor to the 5G . Also they've brought out the Zenfone 6 which had SD855 and Zenfone 7 series which had SD865/+ . Considering the amount of phones Asus has brought out within the 2 years of their first gaming phone and the amount of noise they've made and how well they've preformed considering mobile market is VERY new to them. It would be stupid for them to partner with someone else, especially someone who hasn't bothered to make a phone within 2 years

If they don't put the 3D Sonic Max, a DECENT camera setup (not over the top, just no crappy under 12Mp cameras or almost none like other gaming phones), and Wi-Fi 6E, then I hope this phone will be a disaster that'll teach them to take poor decisions.
On the other hand, if they make a good device, and don't decide the stupid approach of "gaming = crappy camera and missing non gaming related features", I hope this will be a big success.

Red Magic is better than Asus!! And Black Shark 3 - S - Pro is going to be awesome!!

Lenovo Legion also looking at the 875 X1 too...

And now Qualcomm are about to produce an unprecedented gaming device... Probably better than all gaming phones so far...

I feel like I am going to faint. I still can barely tame my red magic... It's still a monster that I have struggled with for the past six months... Still has me in awe and wonder...

And now ladies & gentlemen... I think we all better make room for Qualcomm to take the crown... A gaming phone like no other... SD 875 with X1 Custom core... Ultra-powerful...

Wow. These phones can't take much more power... That is crazy... Forget iPhone A14... Forget it... Completely forget it....

You should pay attention to the SD 875 with X1 Ultra powerful custom core... Over kill... Completely overkill...

Whoever touches an 875 X1 phone... Better wear thick gloves... That phone will eat you... It's hungry. Like it's never been fed before...

This is the great white of smartphones... Impossible to tame. Dangerous to touch.

Watch out for MTK dimensity 2000/+...

Asus knows well how to get chips before competion, be it from Qualcomm or Intel. This better be epic.
