greencyborg, 09 Oct 2020you never heard of samsung, oneplus, or sony? geeeezI have a Galaxy Note 8 now.
Nothing New, 09 Oct 2020Yeah that is what i thought but you should compare tele to main lens so 52mm to 26mm - 2x opti... moreNeither are wrong though. Smartphone company sticks 'x' point from the main lens because previously there are no UWA sensor, even after added, the 'x' still sticks from main lens and forgot about there are wider FL already.
Apple takes on 'x' with 12 series seems more logical though. Eventhough on real life the focal length looks no difference than others 😂😂😂. I smell marketing game is playing on.
Annyms, 09 Oct 2020I think they are also including ultrawide in this so 13mm to 52mm - 4X Optical Zoom. In the iP... moreYeah that is what i thought but you should compare tele to main lens so 52mm to 26mm - 2x optical zoom
AnonD-807890, 09 Oct 2020So the presumption is that they're still shipping with the Lightning port? Was hoping to ... moreFrom the pics, the port looks squarish. So I'm guessing it is lightning port still.
When they switch to type C port, I think I can buy one to try.
I was never a fan of Apple, but I have to say that the mini looks to be the only truly compact flagship of 2020. If Android manufacturers don't copy Apple soon I'll have to switch camp
I am very excited for mini as it will be super comfortable to use such small and light device in 2020. Hopefully it will have good battery life unlike se. I think they could have priced it at 650$ but that narrow bezel design, amoled, 5g chip, production delay, slow market and trade war might have contributed to higher cost and elimination of chargers. I would say its Fine.
All iphones use 12Mp for all cameras.
The 5x zoom = Apple is counting 5x the ultra wide, not wide. So 13 x 5 = 65.
Nothing New, 09 Oct 202052mm = 4x optical zoom ?I think they are also including ultrawide in this so 13mm to 52mm - 4X Optical Zoom. In the iPhone 11 pro launch event, Apple included the ultrawide when describing the optical zoom capabilities.
Anonymous, 09 Oct 2020Knowing Apple, they're going to overprice the 20w charger. Expect it to cost $200 or som... moreMore like 300 dollars and then you have to pay for the packaging as well which will be another 50 dollars. There will probably also be a "corona virus fee" that amounts to 15 dollars.
iPhone 12 Pro Max will be the best phone in the universe. I can't wait to preorder that beast! I love you Appleeeeeeee:)
Does anyone know what the megapixels on the 12 Pro Max's lenses will be?
I read somewhere that they would bump the resolution up to 64MP.
IPhones are just so boring these days, no innovation or ground breaking new features, just catching up with the androids and marketing them as amazing advancements.
geek-a-contra, 09 Oct 2020the 12 pro, really interesting. only 100 extra over xperia 5II, similar if not, possibly, bett... moreKnowing Apple, they're going to overprice the 20w charger. Expect it to cost $200 or something.
If the 64gb iPhone 12 is $799 it's pretty much DOA. The 128gb version will cost either $50 or $100 more and make the price difference between it and the pro too small IMO. Really hope it'll be $749 for the 64gb with the 128gb upgrade being $50
Again with big notch..big no from my side atleast.
Hey Samsung, Sony, Huawei and others,
have a look at the mini and learn.
