5x zoom? i don t think so.... the main camera is 26mm, the telephoto is supposed to be 65mm. This means that the zoom is 2,5x. But for marketing reasons i suppose that the zoom is calculated using the ultra wide (13mm to 65mm is 5x). well done apple..... but this is foolish
Anonymous, 10 Oct 2020We don't use iPhones in Europe anywas. No worries :)Which world you leave? In Júpiter moon?
Android Authority, 10 Oct 2020In the other thread, you said you had the Galaxy Fold 2? Which one is it? I never said I had the Fold 2, only that I wanted it. But now I'm gonna wait for the Fold 3 and the S21 Ultra (hopefully with an S-pen).
SamsungRules, 09 Oct 2020Samsung did the mini's and left them remember the galaxy s4 mini, s5 mini you talking as ... moreLoL. You think the s4 and s5 mini are mini?
The first iPhone had a 3.5 inch display. Samsung released a 4.3 inch display over 4 years later.
Apple now uses the "mini" differentiation because phones are getting bigger.
Don't call the phone with the first "mini" name a mini if it isn't even mini compared to it's time.
Android.Master, 10 Oct 2020Worst part isn't that the phones are ugly. Worst part is that there is literally no choi... moreNo, there are no options in android. all phones are of white, blue, green color. Same 6.5 inch display, same brick weight. same 48/64 MP Camera....only brand name is different, rest everything more or less is same.
I was really waiting for 5-5.5 inch compact phone with powerful processor but I did not expect that Apple will fulfill my wish. Awesome...
When the iphone 11 came out and people were still disappointed with the notch, it was all like "oh no wait for the 12, it will be amazing".. uhm maybe a slightly smaller notch, but no difference. 1 more camera and updated processor only? No point in upgrading
Anonymous, 10 Oct 2020but what if... $698?That's an incredible deal then. I'll buy in an instant
Anonymous, 10 Oct 2020I used it, experience it and yes.... It useless. 120Hz just wastes your battery. I just bought a 120Hz phone and I actually leave it at 60Hz most of the time. 60Hz is fine assuming you have a panel with good color calibration.
Jovitoreya, 10 Oct 2020Agree! Been buying Xperia models of last year for 2 years now and their prices depreciate fast... moreEven Samsung slashing prices with their models actually hold up value better.
A Xperia XZ2 secondhand in my country costs only about $100. Samsung S8 costs $150-$200 (assuming in great condition).
That XZ2's not bad and some people have been trying to look for it in online shops as a budget gaming phone.
Anonymous, 10 Oct 2020In many places Xperia 1 II available with bundled headphones. It comes with 128gb variant. ... morein my case though, importing the mark II Xperias with taxes and shipping involved runs up to $1300 for the 5 II and $1700 for the 1 II, more expensive than simply buying the 12 mini and a pair of XM3s separately.
L.O.R.D, 10 Oct 2020Cute little phone at 5.4 inches, but for $699 ? Can't recommend but what if... $698?
No earphones and no chargers?
Europe won't let the sales in the region as it's something mandatory here!
geek-a-contra, 10 Oct 2020also the price of the xperia 5II is a bit lower, some 50 to start with + charger included in p... morehonestly I don't care that apple no longer packs charging bricks with their phones, not when I can get a better third-party GaN charger that can charge multiple devices for cheap. Of course, it would be better if apple launched the phones with the previously rumored cheaper prices.
Anonymous, 10 Oct 2020LIDAR is a gimmick at best. LMFAO... you tried.
Apples always been forthcoming about the purpose of LiDAR. That’s to improve AR experience. iOS is miles ahead at that front.
Unlike Googles Daydream LOL. Fandroids frothing about VR years ago, what happened?
If only Apple joined the bandwagon maybe mobile VR would be alive and fandroids would have another thing to brag about as being the first? LMFAO.
Anon, 10 Oct 2020so you think iOS is better than Android?
Okay............LMFAO...nope, I know it is better.
The fact that you’re trolling in an iOS/Apple article shows you have huge insecurities about your OS of choice.
