I don't think they can usurp Sony, Bose or Razer in the ANC department. iPhones don't support aptXHD iirc so don't expect these to be able to justify the price tag in anywhere. Maybe they're gonna have a better design but I'd much rather pick better and mature ANC tech and less importantly LDAC/aptXHD support over "apple design".

They say ANC but cups look like on-ear, wired option but you got to use very special cable, they name it studio but I don't expect planar or flat response...
Spatial audio is great as sony removed it from headphone app for no reason in xm4 and its also better as it considers also head/source direction.
Hopefully it will make sony reconsider about their removal of 360 from headphone app and will come with direction sensing too. It may be too late if this ''studio'' is serious in audio or anc performance, we don't know for sure now.

The Airpods Studio look damned good and Apple usually delivers. $350 is very competitive at the top end of the consumer market and will probably hurt Sony more than Bose.

I still have AKG wired earphones, which came with some if mine Samsumg phone. Amazing quality built quality and sound. Best earphones I ever head.

My very first AKG in ear headphones ( actually won them out of a pick & pull machine ) were the best headphones that I had, with the sound experience being really pleasing to my ears especially when listening to high quality 320Kbps FLAC / WAV songs and this was 10+ years ago too...

Also all the cheaper one are just garbage.
Sony and bose are much better.
Sony has some bad ones too but at least they have good ones for a good price bose price and quality are both good
