To be honest, we generally end up with a few charging cables, even charging blocks.
Headphones .... i've never used Apple's standard in box accessory.
So, the fact that they removed these isnt really an issue.

Impressive camera, SoC, build quality, and price didn't go up. Too bad no huge battery nor 120hz screen. At least the price didn't increase by $200-350 like Galaxy S and Note

Apple has chosen Dolby instead of HDR10.
Unless your screen supports Dolby, you take zero advantage of it.

- Max has better main camera than Pro. If you hate big phones, you get inferior camera (picked up from Samsung's book) The other 3 have 1/2.55" wide and 1/3.4" for the rest.
- non-Pro do not have 4K@60 HDR
- Apple counts 4x/5x from Ultra Wide, when other count from Wide. That's cheating !!
- no charger, no earphones
- no mention on battery size
- overpriced

Just watched some unboxing videos. Only the 11pro lineup has a USB-C powerbrick, the normal 11 as well as the SE have a 5W USB-A powerbrick and a Lightning to USB-A cable.
Not to mention many Android phones of the last years, where many still use USB-A.
