I have never been so upset with a company such as Apple …have purchased Apple products for years and now they get cocky and money grabbing!!!… by not including the USB wall charger and ear buds …it isn’t like the phones are cheap…to me it is like buying a car and they don’t include the tires…this isn’t a smart move…I will be looking elsewhere after this experience and money grab !!!!…we all should continue to put pressure on the company!!!!

When they r not providing adapter and earp... moreThis is a very bad move i agre. they just better not decide they are going to start doing this with the laptops and the ipads as well. if they go this route they will lose lots of PO customers and eventually go under. I own a mac and I will stop buying mac laptops if the laptops down the road don't come with a charger.

Boycotting Apple from now on after buying 3 of the Iphones that come with no charger! This is corporate greed at its finest and I hope they lose most of their customer base over this. Totally blindsided because I have bought Apple products for years. Never again

Just got xr for my 13yr old son, didnt realise there was no earphones or a charger it is our forst iphone as we have samsubgs...how the F...am i supposed to charge it if the cable is not even a normal usb?! To reduce carbon print? Now I will have to order a charger and earphones that will come in another pack and on another lorry from a apple distribution to delivery company theb to me...yep...great carbon saving move and making your customers wait days for the charger to come, so looking time when I actually wanted to my son to use it...stupid idea

Just got a replacement phone through my work for the iphone that died on me, only to finf out I need to buy a different charger? WTF? coulda told our purchasing department, as I now need to wait a few more days for that separate order to arrive. I get no ear buds. Don't need them to use the phone. But no charger - and this FU cord doesn't plug into anything else. Guess who will be bad mouthing this. Oh, and on the cusp of buying ipads for my kids to keep them off mine... hubby wins, samsung it is.

They were doing this since long by providing just 5w chargers and giving phones who have fast charge capability. Now they removed it as a profit move and giving it a green cause name and earpods. Obviously they know everyone has airpods pro lol

I bought an iPhone XR on contract and it works great for 4 months.
After this it fell 4 inches off my chest onto my sofa bef that I lay on and STOPPED WORKING ALLTOGETHER.
Would not come on or charge.
DO NOT PURCHASE AS THEY ARE UNRELIABLE ESPECIALLY FROM O2 as they had no clue why it stopped and wanted to charge me £280 under warranty!!!!

Thank God I got my iPhone 11 before they could remove these useful accessories,I mean here in South Africa It cost R18k which is a lot so what about an extra cost for necessities such as an adapter & AirPods? shame on Apple for trying to take advantage on their customers, it sucks!!!!🚮
