You completely ignored that Mi 10 Ultra destroys the color for gaining that so called sharpness at 1000% scale.
Pity on Chinese fan.
SN: What are you talking about link not getting right ?
AnonD-754814, 16 Oct 2020I don't see that.
Neither does GSMARENA.
You need to consult an eye Doctor for sure.

Slow clap right there. The two links you provide in the earlier comment don't even relate to what I'm on about! Why you give a link to that cheap-ass Mi 10T Pro peasant when I want to see Mi 10 Ultra for crying out loud!

Besides the the Mi 10 ultra's photo is very unnaturally warm. This is why it looked sharper to you.
SN: Also it's cheating when you share only 2 photo. No wonder you tried really hard to choose those.
I gave you examples with a bunch of them.
You can go again and be honest, All those from Mi 10 ultra needed to be overly warmer to get the job, same is happening with the Oneplus 8T.

Oh, so that useless OmniVision sensor that produces sharper detail and the better colour is worse than the Samsung 108MP sensor with terrible dynamic range? Weird flex, but okay.

Same with the Mi 10T pro.

So, that shows the problem with Mi 10 ultra. Problem with the omnivision sensor.
By the looks of it, Omnivision's latest sensor series:
A: Best for Low-light, good AF.
B: Best AF, good low-light.
C. Best Dynamic Range, good AF.
OV64A might be targetted at low-light but OV48C exist and is best in dynamic-range and also same in sensor size therefore, bigger photosites @ 1.197 µm.
I wish in 2021 will be more phones with 48MP or 64MP sensor used in ultrawide and telephoto cameras.

The hardware is actually great, even better than what Sony and Samsung can offer. But Xiaomi's camera software algorithm is crap. No wonder why GCam port is popular for Xiaomi phones.
A 64MP Quad Bayer sensor with the same physical sensor size as Samsung's 108MP camera and a bigger native pixel pitch? OmniVision really is on fire. This really shows just how irrelevant that 108MP sensor anyway.

Don't make stupid comments all the time.
Half of DxOMARK's top 10 has Samsung sensors and 1 out of Top 3 has Samsung ISOCELL sensors.
OMNIVISION has only one. Besides Mi 10 ULTRA got up there because of it's telephoto sensors.
The main sensor sucks specially at night.
I wanted to see 60+ MP sensor with 1.0 micron pixel size for so long. Finally someone came up with one.
Thanks Omnivision.
