Anonymous, 18 Oct 2020I would go for the iPhone 12 Pro, just for the LiDAR sensor. It's just a normal Sony ToF sensor found on other phones. Apple is calling it LiDAR to fool people into thinking it's something else.

Because iPhones are great? IOS ecos... moreHa, strangely IOS 14 made me sell my iphone and return to Android. I do not like the implementation of widgets and app library in IOS 14. That was the thing I liked about IOS 13, it was different than Android. Now IOS 14 tried to be Androidish like, and imo failed (Android does a better job at this).
I initially thought of getting an iphone 6, just because I couldn't install IOS 14 on it. But, couldn't find a decent one, so is Android for me now.
This goes once again to show you, that Apple doesn't care about their customers. Nobody told them to implement widgets and app library, but they did it to attract more Android users. So money first, their own customers satisfaction and respect later.

A... moreseriously? display and battery are the two most important for a phone. now the question is do you want any smartphone phone or an iphone? if you want a decent smartphone for the same price, there are a lot to choose from but if you are into only iphone, yeah, the mini is the best deal out there.

It doesn't turn out that way in practice, but just pointing it out.

Drop resistance is a very important number.
Manufacturers brag about 30% better drop ressistance, but this is 4x!

Remove more locks from iOS. Give more customization. Give larger batteries more ram better cameras. Otherwise android is the way to go.

The only comfortable phone to use with 1 hand is the Mini, unfortunately. The battery is mediocre, but that's what I'll go for.
