Around 30w is good enough for battery life and charging time. Anything above that is bad for battery on long term.
Problem is that we are getting lazy and forget about our remaining battery life, thats why fast charging became so popular.

They are dragging 25W charging for a few years now.
The 45W charging is only a little bit faster than 25W charging from Samsung.

It's about time, Samsung enters the domain of 100W charging or at the least bump it to 90W by using 2 cells like Lenovo.
