The processor alone makes it futureproof for the next few years over Snapdragon 720.
The camera has all three lens- wide, Ultrawide, telephoto with gcam support on all sensors.
Not to forget the extensive developer community support for the device.
Even years down the line, when Xiaomi stops the official support for the device, it will continue to get unofficial updates as the hardware combination is enough to run future versions of Android like butter.
IMO, the Snapdragon 720 chip is too old and shouldn't be used anymore in any mid range phone.
Regarding the pop up module, unless you are hell bent on destroying it on purpose it will run fine. Replacements are also cheap at local stores. Xiaomi is no.1 brand in India, so procuring device parts won't be an issue.

Screen resolution not a rich look...

Realme flagship with SD855 also available for 26k-27k.

Refreshing design.....Decently fast charging.....Good primary sensor....Well calibrated AMOLED....dedicated Micro sd slot...and this has a headphone jack unlike the Nord;(
