Im sorry but you won't get it right now. Wait for the 600$ phones get cheaper and you have it. Why do you think phones are 600$ and not 500$ mostly because of hardware - ez, right? Never understood why people want USB 3.0 in their phones really, but thats just me, I never use the USB port, not even to charge my phones.
If you could live with 2.0 theres plenty of phones with specs like the mi10t plus oled screen (OP Nord, redmi k30 ultra e.g.) - we all have to live with none perfect phones - or we pay 700-1500$.

It's matter of when you need it and want to buy a new phone, all about the options
Some would have not bought not OnePlus 8 thinking they can buy this
Or you can always wait
These things will keep coming and it will always be getting better ( hardware wise or spec wise)
