Anonymous, 23 Oct 2020Being first is not the same as being better. Perfection takes time, buddy.yes of course but i really need a phone and i will buy after i have watch reviews of device. so it is not 100 percent that i will buy that

You could put any brand and model name under those front mockups really. Most phones looks the same theese days. Just a bit different insides

Anonymous, 23 Oct 2020I have been using Xperia Compact phones since the original Z1 Compact and I have to admit my 4... morethe iPhone 12 mini is about the same width as the old Xperia compacts, so typing experience should be similar. My current phone is 5.6" 18.5:9 and not once has it felt too small, in fact it's barely usable one handed. People buy into larger phones because they find it more immersive or easier to use, but it's the complete opposite for me. Hopefully there's more choice soon.
Anonymous, 23 Oct 2020I have been using Xperia Compact phones since the original Z1 Compact and I have to admit my 4... moreZ1 compact is 4.3" and if you compare their dimensions you will see iPhone 12 mini is 0.7mm narrower and 0.18 mm taller so your typing experience will basically be the same though you might get few more lines of text on 12 mini
From whoever I asked everyone usually prefered bigger display with minimum bezel because it fits most their needs
Folding phones with flip form factor can give best of both worlds if done properly with bigger usuable outer display

If any 5.5-5.8 inch in the next gen..i will buy....need compact size..not a monster size

However, apple has made the 12 mini in the exact same footprint with a 5.4' which would be considered adequate. I haven't held it in my hand yet so you might be correct. I'm not so sure if people are buying bigger screens because they want them, it's just that there isn't much choice. I was eagerly waiting for folding phones to be the solution to my problem but it seems like they're just getting bigger without offering one handed functionality.. yet

It is simply expensive and not cost-effective. There's also an issue with battery which is further worsened by 5G being the standard. So the direction they're heading for compact phones is foldables.

1. People don't like curved screens
2. People hate hole p... more1) fragile, content on curves, accidental touches, glare, colour shift, less space inside for components
2) ugly and annoying. Ruins experience of whatching vids
3) same of #2
4) No IP rating, motors can fail. Mechanism uses energy to work
5) IP is against dust too, that comes in through usb and speaker grills. Do not trust youtube test, phone inside glass of water means nothing .
6) it cannot be wireless if a cable is involved. People should just call it induction charging.
