NO!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They sell cellphones, wireless chargers and smart watches. I trusted the reviews and purchased all 3. The phone, S96 Pro , has a battery that DOES NOT HOLD A CHARGE. Further, IT IS NOT A WIRELESS CHARGER COMPATIBLE PHONE. I suspect all of their phones are not compatible with wireless chargers. The font on the “watch” is so small that my daughter with perfect vision could not read it. And every touch movement is sluggish and slow. Finally, the “Doogee” wireless charger. lol. It charges my wife’s iphone fine. But it does NOT charge the Doogee S96 Pro, their signature phone, AT ALL!! Less than 2 weeks after purchasing, the items, I emailed this company several times trying to get refunded for the watch and charger ($60 USD). I already accepted eating the almost 300 bucks I paid for the crummy phone and battery. They would not even refund me for the watch and wirelsss charger. I took a bath on these purchases. I hope somebody reads this and does not make the same mistake.

Marijus P, 27 Oct 2020I believe s88 pro is better or Ulefone Armor 9E.I have S88 pro. Work perfect with one exception - sometimes, when i use gps, camera blocks. I check all the options for permissions but nothing. The camera is not good but is not.too.bad. When is working.

I bought a S60 a couple of years ago. It was nothing but trouble.... moreMy doogee s60 worked fine for the most part although there were a few hiccups.
The s80, however, is amazing. I got mine in July of 2019 and it's been running perfectly since then. Best phone I've ever had

I got a pro order actullay two pre order s90 it took month and a half after the preorder ended many people pissed. One has worked fine. The other just went black after two weeks never turned back on. Coogee would not even reply except to say ship it to Poland for repair. I'm in Canada the worst customer service ever. 400 dollar paper weight. Beware

I bought a S60 a couple of years ago. It was nothing but trouble. I waited more than a month for it to travel from China to America. When it got here it was nothing but issues, spontaneous restarts, HORRIBLE camera, slow, horrible battery life and other problems too. If I had been willing to subject myself to the trouble (cost and time) of returning it to China I was welcome to do that. No thanks. Hundreds of $$$$ down the drain. To be fair, buying it was kind of an experiment to see what having a rugged phone was like. Instead, I found out what carrying a heavy plastic block around in my pocket all day was like. (It was a decent flashlight though.) Stay. Away. From. Doogee. You have been warned.

Mack, 27 Oct 2020Well I bought S95 recently, after less than 30 days speaker stopped working. Just with no reason...Just open the close the headphone port cover and the speaker will start to work again.

I bought the S95 pro last year. Recurved it by December it broke on January and they won't fix it. Be careful not to waste your money with this company.

As the owner of a infrared phone from a small no name smartphone company. I understand the fear of security issues and not getting updates.
Simple fix just don't store anything you don't want the world to know.

I don't trust these small companies to provide security updates. I appreciate that they can't do Android upgrade, due to finance, but they should try to give security updates.
