No matter how slow the technologies from Apple, their iphones will still selling like hotcake. And everything started by Apple, will become the trends.

Samsung couldnt resist.
Anonymous, 27 Oct 2020Please buy your SIM card tray, SD card tray, and battery separately too.SIM tray isn’t an accessory and neither is battery.
Soon these brands will stop giving the sim tray tool.
And charge $10 for it.

Cheap earphones provided with cellphones + charger + cable do not even cost $15 to the OEMs.
Samsung is desperate to increase profits at all cost.
A series lost IP rating and glass body.
Note 20 with plastic.
S20 FE with old ddr4x ram.
More and more people I know are skipping upgrade cycles. Smartphones are stagnating and this is just their way of keeping up with their revenue targets but it's little more than a bandaid, just like the forceful removal of 3.5mm jacks to sell BT buds. I'm not with it though. I'll keep my phone until it dies then probably buy something newer secondhand. It's just not that serious for something I'm gonna text, call and scroll down a few web pages on.

Samsung love playing #metoo with crApple. That's why their "flagships" aren't worth considering anymore
See the $1,000 Note20 and it's plastic back and only 1080p display for example
I anyone will agree for the sake of environment (removing components). Then they should definitely reduce the cost of the product and it's components also. As they are difending by the sake of environment.

Can you seriously hear yourself with the crappy excuses you are comming up.?????I manufacturer want to see how far they can push the consumer by taking away stuff in the box. And we are so gull able to fall for it. I will not buy a phone if you don't get any nice things with it..... I mean those phones are bloody expensive and to get nothing even a thanks for buying our phones????? Then no Samsung won't get my hard earned cash!!!!!!

Anonymous, 27 Oct 2020Smartphones are essential. Everyone has one. this why they should sell an empty box for 1000$You can buy an empty box for $1000 if you want to. No one will stop you. If I’m buying a $1000 smartphone and I am getting a $1000 smartphone I don’t see anything wrong with that. I can buy a separate charger if I need a separate charger. Same for headphones.
it's easy guys imagine 10 million shipments each 100$ less inside the box and 100$ to pay more for the consumer side
so 10 mill x 100 it's 1 billion dollars net!
well done Samsung well done apple. genius plan to earn more profits.
The we have to ditch Samsung from our life and there is OP, Xiaomi, Opp and even Sony to go. We dont need any Apple wannabe at lesser than apple quality product here.
sweggitity, 27 Oct 2020Your argument contains fallacy, every OnePlus phone generation uses different charging tech, 5... moreI get your point but the charging time difference between these chargers is hardly more than half n hr.
Also I prefer to use chargers below 30 watts as it does not damage the batteries and maintains the life.
I think chargers till 30 watt are good enough in most cases and as there is hardly any concrete breakthrough in cellphone tech they are just adding number of lenses and increasing wattage on chargers.
If one brand gets the blessing by legislators to scam consumers, all other brands have no choice but to follow suit. Anthem else would skew competition by 50-100 bucks per device sold.
As usual, the consumer gets to bend over and take it with a smile.
That would indeed be a really brave move on Samsung's part. Cuz I'm pretty sure Samsung fans are not as loyal as Apple fans lol. They also have a lot of options in Android space and may jump the ship
