that's... quicker than I thought. Given how supply chains work, they couldn't have waited until after the apple keynote to implement this, meaning they planned to do this around the same time apple did.
Which just makes their recent ad campaign all the more hilarious.

They'll stop scamm... moreIt is that simple and yet the majority don't listen but instead complain and moan about stuff instead of actually doing. That is modern humanity as a whole. Actions speak louder than words. Always has done. Always will. Conveying your dismay and anger to Apple and co will do nothing. They will happily take your money and run.

Seen it before and will keep seeing it. Android manufacturers want to do what Apple does, they just don't have the courage or dare to make their user base or customers in the market, angry. So they sit back and wait for Apple to do it, get criticised for it and then banter Apple for doing a decision they themselves wanted to do before then also slowly and silently following suit.

( P.S. Literally just read this on reddit that to get the FULL 15W charging speed on the new phones, you NEED a new Apple MagSafe 20W Adapter. Nothing else gives this speed because of..."reasons". Haven't scrolled gsmarena to check if this was posted yet, but your fragile argument just got crushed all the more.)

If I buy new one plus device ... moreYour argument contains fallacy, every OnePlus phone generation uses different charging tech, 5series uses 20W, 6 series has 30W then 7 series with 30T and now 8T has 65W... Old chargers won't be fast charging your new OnePlus device.
