Otherwise, USA could also ban or limit Samsung sale if they don't ask USA's 'permission' to sell something to Huawei (kind of odd though if I'm honest)

SAMSUNG g didn't steal IP but they borrowed IP from NOKIA and Super AMOLED is not their technology.

Anyhow this is just a warning to other countries of the the world to produce sustainable and indigenous hardware and software and escape US Embargo.
