Otherwise, USA could also ban or limit Samsung sale if they don't ask USA's 'permission' to sell something to Huawei (kind of odd though if I'm honest)

                  Hm, very interesting. I thought that Samsung is not a US company so they shouldn't be worried about Huawei ban etc. Apparently I was wrong....

                                        Anyhow this is just a warning to other countries of the the world to produce sustainable and indigenous hardware and software and escape US Embargo.
