Samsung shop is very bad in dealing with customers.i ordered note 20 ultrsand they didn't deliver phone after one month.so I canceled the order.now they are delaying the refund for one month.i ordered phone on august 14 as pre booking.phone not delivered till September 20,placed order for cancelation order canceled on September.at 22,still waiting for refund.dont buy from Samsung shop,buy from Amazon,they are cheaters.iam paying money for device which ididnt received for 3 months

Anti-Chinese sentiments all over the country have led to the rise of Samsung's and Apple's phone sales. But they're taking an unfair advantage of looting the customers by selling low specced phone at mid range prices. However, kudos to Samsung for bringing AMOLED displays to cheaper phones.
