Anonymous, 29 Oct 2020Or just download them of the internet.... And use an ad blocker. You people seem to just accep... moreYou just pathetic. Even as a teenager, i saved some money and buy music on windows store or iTunes. I bought my first digital album for Maroon 5's V album.
But then i cannot afford $6 for every album so i just listen to the same song over and over again.
Then, spotify came in. I usee my free account for years, then i registered for student plan when i was in college. $2 per month! Much cheaper than buying single album and i can listen to whatever i want.
Who wants to keep their song anymore? I mean, i get it when it was on physical disc. But on digital, streaming is just much superior now that it is everywhere and internet is much accessible.
Got a job and running a family plan now.
You know that beside singer, there are many people behind a song right? They got family, belly to be filled.
Stop stealing music.

I did this when I was young but now I can afford 1$/month in a family plan. And yes, I use Opera with a great ad-blocker but on my mobile and in the car (Android Auto), paid Spotify is the best. And once again: 1$!
whitec0llar, 29 Oct 2020who told u can't its possible. So you get to keep the songs after you stop paying for the subscription and then transfer the mp3s to any device?
Bog Dan, 29 Oct 2020It's because of simple math: if on a free plan, you need to listen to an ad every ~3 song... moreOr just download them of the internet.... And use an ad blocker. You people seem to just accept them but I do not.
Anonymous, 29 Oct 2020Still don't understand why people pay for music you can't keep. It's because of simple math: if on a free plan, you need to listen to an ad every ~3 songs. And time is the most precious thing in the world. From time to time I try to listen to normal radio. I can't resist more than 30min, out of which 5-10min are ads...

I was waiting for years to get access to Spotify and now that I finally got access, it's not even that great. Maybe my music selection taste is weird now, but when I pick "Top Hits" and let it roll, most of the music is just some whatever junk. Does this qualify as "top hits" these days or something? Local streaming station (not streaming like Spotify where you can skip songs, just continuous streaming whether you're listening or not) and they have much better "Hits" section of music that actually qualifies. Dunno, after excitement of finally getting access I quickly got super disappointed.
