They make amazing products every year unlike other lazy stupid companies like Apple and Samsung that offers only incremental upgrade from the previous generation which makes no one wanting to upgrade. Huawei is different, every year they innovate and introduce new things.

Most western countries do the same. It's pretty common practice to encourage investment and innovation in the high tech industry. Most of the support is in terms of preferential loans (below the market interest rate) but the loans still need to be repaid

Without ones Huawei smartphones are quite useless outside of C... moreSince you're posting here I assume you are an enthusiast who should know there are ways to install Gapps and their full ecosystem on the new Huawei phones. Also it's not so hard to go to one of the well-known, popular smartphone-related forums and browse the thread about a particular model. There you'll find plenty of useful info about the ways to do that. The only restriction which still remains afterwards : Google Pay will not wotk with NFC because that model did not pass Google certification. You'll have to find an alternative which works for your bank or you'll need to find a bank which uses its own NFC payment system linked to your card. That's kind of annoying but not entirely game-changing.
