I think I will get this, after seeing that the Petal Search App now lets you download apps from Google Play, there really is no downside. Just waiting to see what deals are offered on contract, at the moment I can only either buy it SIM free direct from Huawei or from Carphonewarehouse and I dont have £1000 to throw at a new phone. Hopefully their will be some closer to launch

I buy from the good shops on Aliexpress, many of them have EU stock now and they send with DHL to, never any problems... I bought many top specs phones last few years 👍🏻

Despite it is not big known brand like huawei. Also oppo support in europe is poor too. And despite all that it sold well. People buy the phone and the mate40pro plus spec sheet is huge. Everything good 2020 is 1000+ eur.

You could use web browser to open them - but I prefer to use those apps daily. Not a phone for me
