Just got my s20 fe 5g this week. didn't notice any issue with scrolling and zooming, but there are some accidental letters when typing. It's very rare and doesn't seem to be a big issue for me

So the phone is faulty, and Samsung should recall it, which is almost impossible to happen.

Samsung is like put tons of ingredients into the dish.. without considering its taste. So long as its an expensive ingredient or popular ingredient.. down it goes. What you have is an abomination. Sure it have truffles, black garlic and caviar.. people continue eating it silently while tears fell from their cheeks.

When pople said iPhone SE is made of recycled refurbished products samsung took it too seriously and I made such a low quality product. It heats, throttles, hangs, drains too fast and now screen issue too.
They don't realise along with that battery their reputation is also draining fast.

Yes Same issue facing with my Note 20 ultra 5g, top of upper side screen freezing issue, screen touching by self and and malfunction, in the any application, any button touching by self, in game, any button touching by self, phone is not my control, look like some body hack my phone and operate, I have contect Samsung care but they do nothing to help...

Samsung made too many curved screen. Forgot how to make flat screen work properly.
Give them some more time. Surely will be addressed.

Seeing as this goes and the risk at buying a unit that has this problem, i'd not buy this phone, absolutely not. Screen is the most important aspect of a smartphone, it's where you see things, it's where you touch. If it doesn't work well, then it's a major problem.
It's a pitty because it's a very good smartphone with good specs and a good price to match.

The touchscreen is not so much of a problem. My main problem is overheating when playing games and recording videos. The S20 FE starts to loose performance and the battery consumption is stupidly high. Even after countless updates, the problem persists. Obviously im talking about Exynos version.

Only when Samsung, or even Google Pixel and others, are honest that their phones have hardware or building quality failure, and must replace it, will people stop feeling cheated. Surely no update can fix this screen failure. Something that hurts me, because I wanted to buy this excellent phone, but I'm not going to spend so much money on a boat that sails for all sides except the one I want.
