Loyal customer or not, that is already the best deal available that you can take advantage. That is their price and don't decide for the monthly price. As this is not a charity, it is a business.
No one is forcing you to buy a deal.

MeMe, 14 Nov 2020If you already have an unlimited line and don't need another--no deal for the loyal custo... moreBasically I have been a Verizon customer for 11 years and 8 months I think the last customer service rep I spoke with said. I actually have an older unlimited plan that is somewhat cheaper than the new ones. But yes my son dropped his iPhone 7 and shatter the screen we had insurance that was supposed to fix broken screens for $29 but according to them it did not cover all 6 phones on our account just 3 and we have to pay an extra $33 to cover all 6 phones. Kinda useless of you ask me so I inquired about the deal they had running at the time for an iPhone SE for $5 a month. Then I was informed that we could not get that promotion unless we changed our plan to a newer unlimited plan and also added a new line. If we added a new line we could not turn off the old line for 90 days. So basically pay more for a new unlimited plan then add a new line we don’t need and pay for 7 lines for 3 months when we only need 6 lines. So crazy you would think that after being a loyal customer for over a decade would entice a company to keep you happy but no not at all, really sucks best deal they could offer was $100 off a smartphone and also did not use my $150 device dollars to help pay for this phone. Basically ended up paying cash for the phone to avoid all the stupid politics from this carrier. Almost thought about switching but can’t find a good budget service provider that offers such great coverage as them.
It would be cool to see such an action in Russia, our prices for communication are pleasant. Unlimited for a month costs on average - 13-14$
This isn't a "deal" at all. Paying for two unlimited plans for this long so get a free phone will wind up costing you a lot more.
ponk87, 14 Nov 2020I don't get it is this really a deal. So basically you need 2 unlimited plans(for two yea... moreDefinitely they are not stupid like consumers, that's why Apple making trillions and providers making huge money....two unlimited plans and one mobile will eventually going to cost a bomb......but if any of your friends or colleagues going for new connection then you May be able to save money on the device by sharing the cost of free device
If you already have an unlimited line and don't need another--no deal for the loyal customer? Only for new ones? Is that what I am reading?
I don't get it is this really a deal. So basically you need 2 unlimited plans(for two years I think) plus buy a phone to get one phone free. So since the cheapest unlimited plan is 70$ you pay 140$ a month. In two years both lines costed you 3360$ plus another 700 $ if you get the cheapest iPhone. So you paid over 4000$ for two iPhone 12 minis. Unless I don't understand how this works this isn't a deal.
This is a good deal given most Americans purchase their phones on plans from their service providers and most would be upgrading to a new iPhone. They'd still make their money back from the cost of their high priced plans though.
I suspose that's one way to solve the battery issue.........
Joke people.... Get over it :-)
