SupaSiblings, 04 Dec 2020If 4800u is better so is 1185g7, 4900hs, 4800hs, 4800h, Not in efficiency.
Also, intel loses in multi, amd loses in single. And, no need to even mention graphics.

SupaSiblings, 04 Dec 2020The soc was taking 32w, If you want, AnAndtech measured 24w,Linus's measurement wasnt soc powerdraw, it was total powerdraw from the wall. Go watch it again. Anandtech writer estimated 20-24 as his best guess. M1 in laptops where soc powerdraw is easy to measure used 8-11w. What i get from all that is at lower watt like 10w m1 is more efficient than anything else. 4800u is more efficent at 25w.

From your numbers for amd, with more than double the power usage (25 vs 11)but only 40% higher score? (10.4 vs 7.4)

Anonymous, 01 Dec 2020It is. SOC power means GPU. CPU. RAM. CPU power means IGPU if it has one and the cpu coresTell me where you found that wattage and what scores it got at that power on cinebench r23.

Supa, 01 Dec 2020If you want single core. Just buy intle. It beats M1. If you want multiform. Get AMD. It beats M1.Why? You buy it. I dont want it.
Also, no reason to get intel if what you want is performance, which is much behind m1 in multi, and little better in single.
