Samsung&#... moreHuawei P40's main sensor was custom made by Sony specifically for Huawei only. It means that no one else can have it. It's the same story with the IMX689 sensor - that was also custom made by Sony but specifically for Oppo and OnePlus only.

Why no 108 MP camera? It is an downgrade, Xiaomu has excellent 108 MP camera tuning. Samsung's 108 MP is rubbish, Xiaomi isn't, i wonder why they chose for 50 MP. I wish they went for the Huawei P40's Main sensor, it is an great and better one than Samsung's 50 MP sensor. It allows you to see in the dark.

50MP main camera? The same Samsung-made 50MP camera sensor found in the main camera of the Vivo X50 Pro+? If that's the case, then count me in. This makes way more sense than the totally irrelevant 108MP sensor.
