As far as I know, this MIUI 12 of Redmi Note 9 Pro is still based on Android 10. ETA for Android 11 for Redmi Note 9 Pro was said around Q1 2021 (don't quote me on this). This is for a general public release that is. As for the beta release, I don't have any info regarding that because I'm not joining beta testers.
