True, OiS isn't expensive and it is a great addition !
Exactly, I mean good 12Mp sensor cost like 10$...
Literally for 12€ on AliExpress you can find a spare replacement camera for the Meizu 16th which include both the 12Mp IMX380 with OiS and the 20Mp IMX350 that both perform quite well :

And this is after the seller make its margin, include shipping and may have been sold more than once before.
Anonymous, 22 Nov 2020Yes, 😂 I'm funny😂 i use cool emojis😂.Considering that in 2020, the year we can make 108Mp sensors, and good quality 12Mp sensors cost pocket change.
How do you want me to react to a 8Mp Ultra-Wide (knowing that te larger field of view ideally would require more resolution than the Wide/Standard), a 2Mp Macro which is what caused peoples to hate Macro camera thinking it is a bad lens configuration but is because of the shitty low quality, and 2Mp Depth Sensor that have nothing to do on a Smartphone.
Also, is there a specific tradition to not use emoticons on this website ?
Because appart from the fact that special characters (including emoticons) are supported since not long ago and many peoples still ignore their availability, there is nothing that differentiate GSMArena from any other websites where users do use emoticons.
Emoticons, as the name give away, convey emotions and allow to extend the blank and flat writing up to vocal speech level of emotional communication, and that you like it or not, it become part of the languages, in 100 years in might be teach in school as part of the languages.
So yeah, there are some peoples who learn to live with their time and other who got stuck in the past, I bet anything outside your vision of normality make you cringe.
Waiting to see Nokia 9.3 or a next oneplus lineup because i wanted to buy mc laren edition but no mc laren edition came out.

I guess it's that dirty week of the month, where every other article is about realme.
It yet find deal for a flagship from last year?
P30 probably still be found in the range 300-350 euro in promotions.
And it still has GMS :)

How about an option like: "No, I don't buy a new phone every week and will use my current one for 2+ years"?
Shouldn't there be a "No, I do not live in a region where the phone is sold" option?
AnonD-948658, 22 Nov 2020I used to like Realme but they make too many phones.Yeah, maybe more than Sony or One Plus do, but certainly less than what Xiaomi or Samsung do.
Nope. 2 early for 5G lol
But if you really need 5G, buy a Poco F2 Pro, it was 299 last week in amazon, c'mon...snappy865, amoled hdr10, 4700 mAh, glass+metal build, fast charge, ufs 3.1, bt 5.1, nfc, infrared, optical fingerprint etc what do people want more for this prince? Flagship killa champion of 2020.
If you want a cheap but capable, Poco X3 NFC, it was 199 in Amazon...c'mon man...
Once xiaomi, never xiaomi again.! Full of bloatware that requires a computer, exactly like Apple needed before. No thanks.!

I am using Xiaomi Redmi 9A, a 2GB RAM phone with MIUI 12. I found it smoother than my previous SAMSUNG Galaxy A11, a 3GB RAM phone with One UI Core 2.0
I used to like Realme but they make too many phones.

Lightweight, 65w charging, stereo speakers, excellent battery life despite having 4500mAh, n sd720g has btr cpu than 730g, matte finish over m51's glossy plastic n m51 has oneui core n not full fledged oneui also no back cover provided by Samsung (I talked abt this cos budget buyers aren't willing to pay extra fr accesories). Samsung only has btr selfie, ultrawide n macro over 7pro.
Josip, 22 Nov 2020Poco X3 NFC is better than this but the looks are on Realme's side. The problem with Xiaomi phones is their software. It has more bloatware and also too many animations/gimmicks (that make the experience more laggy). Maybe is good for flagship ones, but for mid-range or low-end is not a nice experience. In this categories, I found better experience with Samsung UI or Realme UI.
Also, I've encounter some network or connection problems with Xiaomi phones in the past. And when I went online to search for solutions, I've read about others with similar problems. Maybe not all models are like that, but I will always take it as a precaution sign when dealing with Xiaomi, especially the cheaper models.
