I read the Stylo 6 was awful. Was waiting for the 7 to see if I stay with LG or jump ship. Just do a little more effort to get a much better phone. Snapdragon and ok glass is worth the minimal cost increase of a few bucks.

My biggest problem with LQ's stylo series is the locked bootloader. If they would make it unlockable it would be the best phone out there anywhere near the price range.

I hope that most companies choose to diversify the choice in processors since the next generation is a big technological leap, it will be better for the end consumer they do not opt only for Qualcomm, and Mediatek's Dimensity 720 is a thousand times better than the Snapdragon 720

And you're raising your hopes way to much for an LG phone. Watch it getting released with a Snapdragon 675 or even worse, a Snapdragon 460 with a 450~550 USD price tag.

LG's strategy with the Stylo is to offer the stylus at an aggressively
affordable price while cutting so many corners ( weak Mediatek SOC , mediocre cameras , 3GB LPDDR4 RAM , 64 GB emmc5.1 storage , ... ) I do however , hope LG integrate Snapdragon 690
