Black colored version is expected in any phone model, no element of supprise in this.
Anyway sales of S3 has been rather slow in my country compare to S2, Telco throwing all sorts of offer packages, most consumer doesn't go down well with the bulky rounded looks, perhapd black version will improved the overall outlook.

Samsung are planning to build Win 8 tablet so they have developed Exynos 5 Dual chipset with Cortex A15 Dual Core 1.7 GHz CPU, Mali-T604MP Quad Core GPU which supports upto 2560x1600 res. open GL 3.0, Direct X 11 and many more. This is much ideal for tablet. Windows tablet will surely hit the market and it will be better than Android tablet to compete with ipad.

I would take the Garnet Red SIII given the chance, thats still the best looking one in my opinion. Black looks better then the pebble blue currently offered.
Garnet Red > Black > Marble White > Pebble Blue
