Many people like me want better speed and battery duration instead of Full HD screen. On the other hand there are people which prefer Full HD like u. Point is, there shouldn't be something legal or illegal, tastes are different.

It seems like Motorola is adding a pretty decent budget phone with the Moto E7. The camera experience and the Helio seems like beneficial integrations for consumers.
