Anonymous, 25 Nov 2020US ban on Xiaomi when? Considering that most of their phones are generic qualcomm phones with a custom exterior and most cost effective, "legos" it's not likely. Their software maybe the part that does spy on you (by ccp law) and recent years have shown an apple like strategy to component replacement, you're likely good if you change to an aftermarket rom.

Their Mi 10 Pro which was launched almost a year ago (about 3/4 of one) has hardly dropped in price at all.
