Just rebranded ODM stuff from China. Checked their website and company profile, no R&D office nor manufacturing sites available. You'd think a company that makes so many different products would have at least 1 factory

I only settle for quality and no conmen like Micromax, Lava or Boat will ever get their hands on my Money. Will go for Realme Or Xiaomi headphones

They're doing good, but they're expensive for a stupid reason. In my little subjective analysis, to get same quality audio in wireless (from the same or comparable brand) you have to spend about 2.5 to 5 times more cash. This still holds true today.
And this remains a big negative still. You pay extra for battery and wireless component with each new one, its a fact.
I think they should consider a design where the battery+bluetooth component and the earphone portion is separable and interchangeable as better earphone setup comes up for this modular design... This can be proprietory as well...
One can still be happy about this, considering that audiophiles are pretty much separated from casual music fans...

Boat makes very good wired earphones in India. I have owned 3 in last 3 years at competetive price.
Didnt know their TWS product also sold well. And the naming it AirDopes is brilliant idea

Unexpected market leader??? Seems like GSMArena guys know more than nothing about Indian audio market. Boat is one of the best selling audio lifestyle brand in India. With their unconventional marketing approach, they have captured a lot many percent of market share. (I don't know the exact figure though). The brand sells more wired earphones than any other brand in the sub inr 500 category. Neckband earphones and tws also follow the same trend. So it's nothing new for an aware person. Now with smart watches launched, it'll be extremely difficult for international brands to sell more than boat. Being an Indian, I take pride in their achievement. Boat definitely deserved this, and maybe even better. Their products are way more durable than several big names, they're decent in quality and gives a sense of youth orientation in their approach.

I purchased Redmi earphone 399..
I will never suggest this earphone to anyone worst sound quality and most importantly not fit properly in ears gives you ear pain..
