My comment was in the Indian context.
Here, Nobody buys iPhone 12 pro Max at Rs.130k over OnePlus 8 pro at 60k.
That's just stupidity.. Why buy an inferior phone?
Besides, every iPhone model is flagship (only in terms of price)
Outdated old design, CPU that thermal throttles badly, outdated battery charging speeds, Pedestrian 60hz screen with software that is still catching upto Android from 2013 qualifies as premium flagship? LOL Even a Mi 10T Pro available under 40k is more premium than iPhone 12 series.
Democracies should not dictate to their citizens, freedom to buy whatever phone you want is a fundamental right.
India is heading in the wrong direction here, it seems they've been taking notes from Trump.
Good news. This way factories would set up in India and Indians will be getting jobs

Apple has more than 50% of mobile profits.
Nice domination over Apple !!!!
They can switch to wired dialup phones spoon. No sane business will bring any serious production to India. Almost no infrastructure and insane level of government corruption.

They used to have almost all phones with oled, now many come with LCD.
The A series had glass + IP68, now plastic + not even IP53 + gorilla 3.
Devices of Note series with 1080p and plastic.
Phones that still have microUSB (something no brand should be using since 2017).
That's a great news . Finally we can force apple to make it's products in India , so that the price of Apple products will get lower.

Most people don’t really use Chinese apps
Let your government keep banning
You have brains
You know what to buy or not
If you dont like a certain country or its products, don’t buy it
If everyone did that, they’re the ones who will leave the country
Banning them will just make them victims
