Mediatek sux, 29 Nov 2020662 is good enough for the 60hz ui. In games, you can always lower settings.GPU in 662 is too slow for 1080p
I feel like Xiaomi has released this phone over 10 times since 2019. 6.5 - 6.7" IPS LCD, side mounted fingerprint sensor, decent camera, wide angle, macro, depth sensor $200 - $300.
A modern phone with a decent battery. Who cares about flagships if they die on you in the middle of a trip

skyzo97, 29 Nov 2020No option to select. Yes, it really great value for the price. But it doesn't mean I'... moreSame. I'm not in the market for this but it seems to be well set up for those who are.
Am more intrigued by how they did the giant camera bump with the brand sneaking onto it. I could see that being a 2021 trend, whether we like it or not. Means the brand will be visible even with a case on.
I think a lot of people are commenting from economies that this phone isn't seriously targeting, which is fine, but where this phone will be sold, another 50 bucks or so for an X3 for example may be a difference of a weeks wages, and that 6k MaH battery would come in useful if access to electrical infrastructure was a bit challenging.
I am glad that better features are trickling down to the budget sector, even if it sometimes takes a while.
Also, I suspect that we are now at a point where producing 1080p or 720p screens probably costs more or less the same anyway.
Pay for junk you get junk I always say.
No option to select. Yes, it really great value for the price. But it doesn't mean I'm going to buy it.
One thing I've learned from this comment section:
No matter how good value a phone is, people would always find reasons to complain.
Here's my advice:
If you don't like any thing from Xiaomi, then don't buy it. You don't deserve to enjoy their products. Go, find another brand and buy their phones, you deserve it for having such a complaining attitude.
Anders, 29 Nov 2020No NFC so it's a big no from me. It's 2020, all phones should have NFC. No exceptionsI've never used nfc except maybe a couple of times whem i brought my z2.But im very curious to hear why nfc is so important for peopole like you.
What is the main reason? Thanks
None of the poll options are ones I'd choose.
You guys make some of the worst polls on the internet. No joke.

GAMIRSFM, 29 Nov 2020I preffer getting an old flagship than this. That's what I thought too when I bought an LG G6. But now I have degrading battery life, slowing down and heating issues 🥰
Generally speaking though, yes I agree with you.
*No NFC.
*Another notch, there are already bazillions of notches and punch holes, we don't need another generic smartphone.
*Stupid camera bump.
*Useless 2Mp sensors.

Great as a second phone.
No, i only buy flagships.
No, there are other brands i prefer.
No, camera matters.
