I bought the S20 and everything returned to normal after the beautiful S8.

Well yes of course just for the US, you have free healthcare in Europe and that's why most european countries have 20-30% extra tax on all consumer electronics and other goods.

The 120Hz screen is a concern.

Ignore the phone. Samsung pushed a 3rd update in my S20 FE 5G and in games the screen starts to jitter again. This has been reported in multiple websites and Samsung's US forum. I suggest choosing another phone until Samsung recalls it.

Indeed, the exynos version battery life will take you years back, back when 3000mAh was considered descent.

Super flop model in India because of Exynos and OnePlus took the advantage. It could have killed OnePlus if it had launched with Snapdragon processor. Leave it that is their problem not ours. Sleep well and be healthy.
