Why do they have to make a Pro. You spend 500 hundred on a console then 2 years later they make a Pro so then we have to spend more money. They should just concentrate on making the normal one like a Pro then we wouldn't have to buy 2 ever cycle!

If this would be released as PS5 Pro, I bet the developers still would lock games to miserable 60 FPS. Yuck. They should do whatever it takes to get rid of the burden of just 60 FPS, now that consoles have enough power to make this happen.

just put 4k touch screen 6 inch...add modem...add all capable camera a7 series set...add amd mobile cpu gpu....

Considering the end product of PS5 is all about reducing latency and data throughput.
Having dual GPU is not inline with the end product as it adds extra process.
But again this is file january 2019, Sony might still securing possible design for ps5 in case RDNA2 is not as strong as Sony wants it to be.

4K at 120fps on a console is already possible.
Both the XSX and PS5 support HDMI 2.1 and 4K120

Joel, 04 Dec 2020Games can detect the system specs and or adjust gfx dynamically to target a specific fps. T... moreIf you compare the visuals with PS4 then for sure PS5 have it better. It's same as when you have something GTX 680 and then rebuild your PC and have 3080 in it the difference will be insane. It's probably bad version of how to compare it but point is same as the PS4 is something 7-8 years old hardware so if you upgrade to PS5 it will have better visuals for sure. Having 2 graphics cards need the support from the game too. Well at least it was for PC and not every game had the support or made it work well as i know i use to have x2 680 in my PC like 10 years ago
