it looks good imo, better than the s20s at least. remember when people were complaining about how a vertical strip of cameras makes it hard to get your finger out of shots because it's such a long array? this is basically what the s10 did but they put it even higher up which is better personally

There was a survey done sometime back where they found out that 50% iPhone users don't even know which model they are using.
Afcourse the satisfaction rate will be high since they have no clue.
Half of them haven't even tasted other ecosystems.
Not really the best people to survey as to how good a brand is.

Pretty sure satisfied owners wouldn't sue Apple left (by its own employees over security check), right (deliberately slowing older phones) and center (water resistance that won't be honoured by warranty) if it is really as good you said. Latest one, is a few markets mandating for charger in box for Iphones after flimsical claim of saving envitonment. We all know environment is only an excuse for Apple to earn more moolah *wink*

Because Apple has the highest satisfaction rates amongst its users. While Xiaomi can barely get security updates out once a quarter for its current line of phones. And while I like Xiaomi's UI best among all the Androids, it's a total copy of iOS. But Xiaomi's hardware design is generally pretty ugly.
