"These confirm the designs of the Galaxy S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra, as well as the fact that the S21 and S21+ will make do with three rear cameras (no periscope zoom) and flat screens, while the S21 Ultra gets a curved display and four snappers, including a periscope. Another difference is that the S21 and S21+ will have plastic backs, while the Ultra has glass."
I don't even care about plastic backs, I'm going to use a protective rear phone case anyway. So having a glass back is definitely irrelevant to me. But as for flat screen, OH. F***ING. YES! Instant fave for me. All that is left now is the official camera hardware spec. Maybe it will share the same camera spec as in S20 and S20+ or maybe there will be a slight difference like telephoto zoom as in Huawei P40/Mate 40 and P40 Pro/Mate 40 Pro.
What's up with Samsung and all of these cellphones A and S and all the numbers from 1 to 100... is there a big difference in specifications or they just rolling out numbers
Bullshit, what's huge eagerness in this toilet soapbox. Even the midrange phone's of other companies are having corning back glass and a big disaster for our dying environment dumping the plastic again and again.
Tondern, 09 Dec 2020I just love when Samsung with the S6 went from platic back to glass and everyone hated them fo... moreAt that price point though every other manufacturer uses glass or some premium material on the back of the phone (i.e vegan leather or ceramic). I haven't held a Galaxy Note 20 so don't know if I could tell the difference but I think it's the idea of it more than anything. It's not going to change the sales of the phone but it feels like you're being ripped off a bit

The S21 will probably feel way smoother with the 120Hz refresh rate and the cameras will be a big step up from the S8

See, Apple, camera bump can actually be a good design accent rather than ugly island you produced and made everyone carry.
S21 - 1080 x 2400 pixels (~418 ppi density)

I am using a S8 and wonder should I change to S21?
Eric, 09 Dec 2020We need to stop buying into this nor charger coz of environment bullsh*tIt's at least true when Samsung says it because they used a universal standard on their phones and FAST chargers for years! Not like Apple who's in-box cable and MagSafe chargers don't work with the old power brick. They are at least also making the phones 100-150$ cheaper next year so thats more than enough to buy a charger.
Tondern, 09 Dec 2020I just love when Samsung with the S6 went from platic back to glass and everyone hated them fo... moreNice coping mechanism. No matter what way you look at it, plastic is a downgrade. Samsung are getting cheaper and cheaper, except in value for money...

More camera, more fun 😁

Just make it a choice for non US/Korea/China country to get Snapdragon and not your trash crappynos SoC or maybe sell it cheaper by $200.
We need to stop buying into this nor charger coz of environment bullsh*t
I just love when Samsung with the S6 went from platic back to glass and everyone hated them for going the Apple route with glass that could easily shatter. So now that they've gotten indoctrinated over the last 5-6 years they hate when Samsung is going back to plastic. Face it, the choice of backside material is NOT going to make or break your experience. I liked plastic in 2011 on My galaxy S2 and I'll also like it in 2021.
Annas, 09 Dec 2020Samsung made fun of iphone camera bump years ago.....now, they make a video embracing it ?!
J... moreYou mean Apple with thier 12mp sensors compared to Samsung who are fitting 108MP sensors which take a much larger amount of space.
One is understandable the other isnt LOL not even comparable
The S21 Ultra looks sexy AF
