Which phone would you recommend instead in the same price range? (I'm in Europe)

I bought this phone very recently and I've experienced some sluggishness and lags after hours of light use. Everything from the UI to Google Chrome becomes sluggish like having a 10hz refresh rate. It doesn't matter the mode or refresh rate I select, it ends up doing that and only a reboot makes the phone run smoothly again. I don't know if it's due to the Dimensity but it happens all the time. (It also froze while writing this post lol).
I still don't know if I should exchange it or just ask for a refund.
Can you please look into that when you review the phone? I'm really looking forward to this review.
