Good news, but I'm currently not even slightly optimistic about the future of Windows on ARM. No real good laptop little alone desktop class chips, and it's been pretty slow going so far. A man can hope though, I suppose.
well Microsoft tried windows on ARM in 2012 and again in 2019 , they were step ahead of apple its just their steps were small and of a drunk man, when their products are kinda meh but with a price of something that should be very decent. Maybe because they have less control over hardware unlike apple or bureaucracy of the project turned it into not desirable product. Surface RT or whatever it was, I had the device, its alright it was just laggy if you try to do something complex but its alright for watching movies and pictures, browsing web.
Really? after 1 year we see some light for arm windows....jesus
Still glad to see anything like this
Apple is already almost full 100% operational on arm...after 1 month
Will x86 emulation be supported? More then half of apps on my x64 windows pc are still x86
Microsoft is always a step behind Apple. They should've had this working a long time ago.
Can't wait to play CyberPunk 2077 on 4K Ultra setting via 64bit emulation on Microsoft SQ2
