I had very bad experience with Sony Vaio. Back in 2008, I had purchased laptop from them for personal use which was came with Windows Vista Home Edition pre-installed. Six months later, MS releases Windows 7. As per MS notification, I had sent mail to Sony for OS upgrade procedure from Windows Vista to Windows 7. They replied me stating that I am not eligible for free upgrade and have to pay full charges along with their installation charges and it will take 15 working days. Of course, I chose not to go for it.
Later, in 2015, I purchased laptop from Dell which came with licensed copy of Windows 10 and MS Office 2016 pre-installed. I am happy with that. Sony Vaio laptops are costlier than Dell.
